Meet our chef, Danielle.
Danielle joins Two Pearls with over 15 years of kitchen experience. Her journey began at Niagara College, where she attended their School of Culinary Arts. Following her studies there, she travelled out West and completed a 3 year culinary apprenticeship at the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel. Her next chapter took her to Scotland’s capital, Edinburgh, where she honed her craft. Here Danielle worked in fine dining, while also opening Scotlands first funnel cake business “The Funnel Cake Co”. After all of this adventure, Danielle returned back to her home town, Hamilton Ontario. She began working with Equal Parts Hospitality, where she met the other half of Two Pearls. Currently, Chef Danielle works as a personal Chef for several families.
